Rob is an award-winning serial entrepreneur and director, trained by world-leading accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has enjoyed a successful 20-year career, leading business transformation and growth for the world’s biggest companies, UK public sector bodies, and a wide range of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
He is now dedicated to coaching and partnering with SME Owners to help them realise sustainable and guaranteed growth, using his Pendleton Business Waterwheel™ tool.
Rob also leads training and development of new Pendleton coaches, who join us to dramatically increase the value they can offer their clients, as part of longer more sustainable relationships.
He grew up in Cornwall, coaches Wadebridge Camels U12s rugby, loves to travel with his two boys and is a scuba diving instructor in his spare time.

Robbie Duncanson
Robbie is an undergraduate student currently studying International Business at the University of West England (UWE) in Bristol.
Robbie already has valuable experience in digital marketing, through his own start-up company, which he runs along side his degree, and supports Pendleton by managing the development of our online CRM portal, through a 3rd-party specialist consultancy.
Outside of studying at university, Robbie likes to go out for food and drinks with friends, and has a passion for fitness, playing football on a regular basis, training at the gym and committing to a healthy lifestyle.

Krinjal takes creative ideas and distils them into user-friendly content to support our marketing goals.
She has an education in business administration and a background loaded with advertising and marketing management with graphic design projects centred around modernizing consumer experience.
Krinjal’s portfolio demonstrates her ability to capitalize on every pixel for the overall benefit of startups or established enterprises trying to reach the audience.
Meanwhile, she vastly improves the productivity of her department by implementing strategic content management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for her team.
She believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success, a tenet she lives out through her interests in fitness, sports, and cooking.

Having enjoyed a 30-year career in Financial Services – 14 in the City of London – Peter is now committed to business coaching and helping SME firms to realise growth potential and fulfil their ambitions.
An empowering motivator, Peter is adept at cultivating high-performance teams, delivering targets and achieving goals. He has an innovative, positive and entrepreneurial mindset and extensive experience leading successful improvement projects.

Justin is a renowned serial entrepreneur, director-leader and technologist, with a successful 25-year track record across an exciting range of roles.
Starting his career in hospitality management, he enjoyed time working overseas, before returning to London to make his name in Financial Services and Software.
Justin has also held a senior role at a Sales & Marketing Consultancy, working with SME’s, providing strategic, commercial, operational and project management services.
Whilst Justin and his family love to travel whenever they can, they spent their ‘pandemic years’, living and working in Berkshire, fishing in Wiltshire and lunching in Oxfordshire, as and when restrictions permitted.
Justin is married to Clare, has a teenage son and a very large dog, who all do their best to keep him fit and active!

Lee of is a successful serial-entrepreneur and multi-sector SME director.
He started his first business at 26, after serving 10 years in the British Army, and has an impressive track record of delivering interventions and solving business challenges at an operational and relationship level.
He has worked with international blue-chip companies, through to small start-ups, and everything in between.
Lee lives in Whitchurch, Shropshire, with his wife; riding motorbikes, flying planes, enjoying life and helping people.

Elizabeth (Liz), is a U.S. Navy Veteran, Entrepreneur, Author, International Keynote Speaker, Board Member, Advocate, Consultant and Coach, with over 27-years’ experience in some of the world’s best-known organisations.
Her exciting career has seen her drive transformation and growth in a broad range of industries, sectors and disciplines; including Intelligence, IT, Accounting, Operations Management, Business Development & Administration.
Now, Liz splits her time between coaching business leaders on sustainable growth and leading the ‘Veteran Charities Initiative’, as Founder and CEO. That organisation is dedicated to the health, well-being, and welfare of women veterans, and is a Certified Employee Benefit and Small Business Specialist, providing 24/7 legal protection for small businesses, individuals, and families.

In recent years, he has moved beyond his core base in the global Oil and Gas Industry, and is now dedicated to coaching US-based SME Owners, helping them realize sustainable growth, using the Pendleton Business Waterwheel™.

A keen sailor, Mark is part of a UK-based yacht racing crew. He has two adult children and has been happily married for 30+ years.

Kerri is a dynamic business leader, public communicator, and connector, dedicated to driving equitable growth for individuals and organizations. She brings twenty-five years of experience in strategic planning, governance, programme direction, and leader development. She also runs a 25-year old, family-owned, commercial real estate development company, focused on creating generational wealth. Kerri returned to her hometown of Charleston, SC after a 16-year, Emmy award-winning journalism career with US national outlets NBC NEWS, MSNBC and CBS NEWS, and has worked for nonprofits and private foundations directing organizational transitions, collaborative partnerships, fundraising, and diversity initiatives. Nick spent much of his 35-year career in the Logistics Sector, ultimately building a reputation as a trusted change agent and interim turnaround specialist. On the back of this success, and leveraging his genuine passion for coaching, he is now focussed on guiding SME Business Owners through the Pendleton Business Waterwheel™, using it to drive exciting and sustainable growth.
